Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your resin items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all fragile edges are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
